Join me and Maria Honeker, holistic health coach and mentor, for a restorative retreat to relax, restore and recharge this autumn for people living with cancer and beyond.

Location: Folly Farm Centre, Stowey, Bishop Sutton, Bristol BS39 4DW

This inclusive 3 day, 2 night retreat in the heart of the beautiful, peaceful Chew Valley will encourage you to unwind from your busy life, immerse in nature and reconnect with yourself and others impacted by cancer. There will be daily yoga, breathwork, creative and lifestyle activities, and delicious, nourishing vegetarian food.
